Return and Refund Policy

Overview

All products sold are final unless the item you received was a manufacturing defect (i.e. spoilt, expired etc), or due to packing error (i.e. missing product/ wrongly packed order), kindly contact us within seven (7) days from the date you received the order.

Customer must snap the photo of the item and the purchase receipt and send to info@ab-team.com with below details:

Return/ Refund Reason : (e.g., Defective Item/ Missing Order/ Incorrect product received)

Once we received your information we will proceed for verification and take the appropriate remedial action. We will not entertain for any return/ refund request after the expiry of 7 days from the date you received the order.

Shipping returns

For item that are eligible for our return, you may return the item to us by following below guidelines:

  • The returned item and packaging must be in original condition as received.
  • Attach with the original receipt together for the proof of purchase. 
  • You must inform us the tracking number after return the parcel for our tracking purpose. 
  • We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • Please return the item to the following address:

    Kompleks Perindustrian Ringan Kristal,
    05150 Alor Setar, Kedah.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item depending on situations. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the equivalent amount will be credited to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift/ Sample items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Gift/ sample items cannot be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny the return, refund or replacement if we determine, that the information provided by customer is false and incorrect:

  • Item has been used by customer.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than seven (7) days after delivered to you.

Exchange/ Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or missing order. 
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ab-team.com.
