How to login or sign up a new account?
  1. For new user, click on “Register Now” to create a new account. You will receive an email notification upon completion.
  2. After you’ve sign up an account with us, to login to your account, enter your registered username or email and password to login.
  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, for existing user, click on “Forgot Password?” to reset the password. You will receive an email notification for the reset password. If you did not receive it, kindly contact us and we will assist you further.
How to place order?
  1. Start browsing and add the item(s) of your choice to the cart.
  2. Click the shopping cart logo to review your orders within the cart. If you are happy to proceed, click Checkout.
  3. During checkout,
    1. If you are a new user, enter you billing and shipping information, then create an account by entering your email and creating a password.
    2. If you are an existing user, login to your account by entering your username or email and password.
  4. Make your payment in Ringgit Malaysia. Payment is payable as shown on the Order Confirmation.
  5. Done, you will receive your Invoice and an email notification upon completion.
Payment Methods and Processing
Currently, we accept only Online Banking and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard). Processing of your order will not begin until we obtain all the necessary details and payment.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.  You will also be able to track your order status via My Orders if your order was made.
Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

If it is paid, you can contact our Customer Service for further assistance. Don’t worry, we will do our best to help you.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase, with proof of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Service immediately. After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed. All additional costs and charges incurred in relation to the cancellations are to be borne by the customer.

Order History & Shipment Tracking
You can check your order history after you login to our website, locate My Account and select “Orders”.
All of your orders will be displayed here and select an order to view its details and shipment status.
