Delivery Policy

General

• Our delivery fee is determined on the basis of the item and the geographical area of the address for delivery.
• Deliveries are within Malaysia only. No P.O. Box or International addresses. 
• A standard shipping & handling fee for every transaction for local delivery unless otherwise stated. Shipping & handling fee is subject
  to change.
• STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours on the working day and delivered by the designated courier company.
• If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays or off day, dispatch will be on the next working day. Subject to changed by the courier company.
• All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
• We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
• We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address, we will contact customer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by customer for re-delivery.

The parcels will be delivered by our logistic partner J&T, Pos Laju.
The delivery fees are as follows:
For orders to Peninsular Malaysia:
Below 1kg: RM10 Shipping Fees
Between 1kg – 5kg: RM15 Shipping Fees
Between 5kg – 10kg: RM20 Shipping Fees
Between 10kg – 20kg: RM50 Shipping Fees
Between 20kg – 30kg: RM70 Shipping Fees

For orders to East Malaysia:
Below 1kg: RM20 Shipping Fees
Between 1kg – 5kg: RM60 Shipping Fees
Between 5kg – 10kg: RM100 Shipping Fees
Between 10kg – 20kg: RM250 Shipping Fees
Between 20kg – 30kg: RM400 Shipping Fees
